Information we collect
Account information (name, email, password hash); business profile (company name, address, GSTIN, logo); client and document data you enter; and technical data such as log and usage information.
How we use information
To provide and operate the Service, generate your documents, send documents you choose to share, process payments where enabled, secure your account, and improve the product.
AI features
When you use AI writing assistance, the relevant prompt text is sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions. We do not use your private data to train third-party models.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, email, and payment gateways such as Razorpay), and where required by law.
Data security
We use industry-standard measures including workspace isolation, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by writing to us.
