Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free tier
Envoiz offers a free tier so you can create clients, quotations and invoices at no cost. There are no charges for using the core document-creation features on the free plan.
Paid subscriptions
Paid plans (Pro and Business) unlock additional features such as direct email sending with PDF attachments and GST return-ready reports. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription from your account at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access continues until the end of the current paid period. There are no long-term lock-ins or cancellation fees.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a genuine issue, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through the payment gateway.
Failed or duplicate charges
If a payment was charged more than once for the same billing period, or a charge was taken after you cancelled, email us with the transaction details and we will investigate and reverse any erroneous charge promptly.
Payment gateway note
Payments collected from your own clients through Envoiz are settled by the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) and are governed by the arrangement between you and your client and the gateway's policies.
