Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free beta
Envoiz is currently free to use during its beta period. No charges are collected for creating clients, quotations, or invoices.
Subscriptions
If and when paid plans are introduced, subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription from your account at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
Payment gateway note
Payments collected from your own clients through Envoiz are settled by the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) and are governed by the arrangement between you and your client and the gateway's policies.
