Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Envoiz ("the Service"), operated by Valuequal Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The service
Envoiz provides online tools to create quotations and invoices, convert quotations to invoices, generate PDF documents, share documents via email and WhatsApp, and record and track payments. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the content (client details, documents, tax figures) you create.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes or fraudulent invoicing.
Taxes & compliance
Envoiz is an assistive tool and does not constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of tax rates, GST details, and legal compliance of the documents you issue in your jurisdiction.
Payments
Where payment collection is enabled, payments are processed by third-party gateways (such as Razorpay). Your use of such gateways is subject to their terms. Envoiz is not responsible for issues arising from the payment processor.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valuequal Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
