Digital service
Envoiz is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered entirely online. There are no physical goods shipped, so no shipping charges, couriers or physical delivery timelines apply to your use of the Service.
Service delivery
Access to the Service is provided immediately upon successful account creation. As soon as you sign up, you can start creating quotations and invoices. Documents you generate are available instantly within your account and via the share and download links you create.
Paid plan activation
When you upgrade to a paid plan, the additional features are activated on your account as soon as your subscription payment is confirmed by the payment gateway. You do not need to wait for any physical shipment or manual provisioning.
Email & WhatsApp delivery
Documents shared by email or WhatsApp are delivered electronically at the moment you send them, subject to the recipient's email or messaging provider. Delivery is typically instant, though external providers may occasionally add a short delay.
